Cancellation Policy
A quick word from the owner about cancellation fees...
Cancellation fees are NOT fun, and I hate enforcing them! I understand that unexpected things come up sometimes that may require rescheduling (medical exemptions and emergencies will always be taken into consideration.)
However, please understand that every appointment booked at Rebel Aesthetics has been carefully and intentionally reserved just for you. Specific products and supplies have been purchased in advance and set aside for your visit. The schedule has been thoughtfully arranged to accommodate your availability and unique treatment plan, and other patients have been strategically booked around you. At Rebel Aesthetics, patients are never double-booked, and considerable time is allotted for each person. Therefore, rescheduling at the last minute prevents other patients from being seen during that time, and can cause significant hardship on a small business - especially one who values spending extra time with her patients. With that said, please reach out to me with any questions about the following policies:
It is required to provide at least 48 hours notice in order to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes to your appointments. Providing less than 48 hours notice, or missing your appointment, will result in a $100 cancellation fee per appointment type.
Multiple treatment types booked on the same day are each subject to a separate cancellation fee.
Example #1: you are scheduled to receive both tox and filler at the same visit but decide to reschedule the tox injections less than 48 hours before the appointment. You will incur a $100 cancellation fee for the rescheduled tox appointment even if you still receive filler.
Example #2: You are scheduled for dermaplaning, microneedling, and tox injections on the same day but need to cancel everything the day before due to an unexpected work meeting. You will be charged a total of $300 in cancellation fees for canceling all 3 visits within a 48-hour window.
Deposits paid towards your first service at Rebel Aesthetics are NONREFUNDABLE for any reason and expire after 90 days. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Complimentary virtual consultations are exactly that - complimentary (free)! However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your complimentary consultation, please note that a nonrefundable deposit of $100 will be required in order to rebook the consultation.
Comprehensive consultations require a nonrefundable fee upon booking. This fee covers the time spent during your consultation, and is not a deposit for services. This consultation may be rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Children
For you and your child’s safety, children may NOT accompany you during your appointment at Rebel Aesthetics for any reason. Please plan accordingly and contact us directly for any questions about this policy.
Pricing & Packages
All pricing is subject to change and the website will always reflect the most updated information. Any significant changes will be communicated to patients in advance through email or other communication methods as needed.
All sales are final including purchases of products, services, packages and gift cards.
When purchasing more than 2 syringes of dermal filler for the same visit, each additional syringe will be priced at 10% off. The discount is taken from the lower priced product(s) if applicable. The first 2 syringes are priced at the normal rate.
All prepaid packages at Rebel Aesthetics expire 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise indicated.
There is no limit to the number of packages you can purchase.
Prepaid packages must be paid in full before (or at) your first visit for the associated treatment.
Prepaid packages are non-transferable (each package may only be applied to one patient account).
Gift Cards
Gift cards (available for purchase online) never expire and are valid for any product or service* at Rebel Aesthetics. *For your safety, all treatments require consultation prior to scheduling. Specific services are subject to medical eligibility and are therefore not guaranteed.
Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are sent electronically to the buyer. The buyer may choose to print the card if desired.
Physical Gift cards are also available for pick-up at Rebel Aesthetics at no extra fee
Referral Discounts
In order to receive a $50 Referral Discount, your referral must book a consultation, mention your name, and complete an eligible treatment.* *Eligible treatments include injectables and/or other services amounting to $200 or more. Consultations and skincare product purchases do not count as a service.
Once your referral completes their service, the discount can be applied to your next visit!
Referral Discounts are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Referral Discounts may be used on any product or service at Rebel Aesthetics.
